March 2021 - Monthly Meeting

Our very first chapter meeting focused on WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH!

Thanks to all who came to our very first Monterey Bay Women in GIS chapter meeting! We spent time on a land acknowledgement and personal introductions, then covered a brief history of Women's History Month and spotlighted a few notable women in GIS history! The remainder of our time was spent brainstorming ideas for the future of our chapter.
